Negotiating Relations being Compelled or Compelling Others: Lessons from China-Russia-USA Triangle

Abstract :
Architecture and structure of states across the globe are affected by the China- Russia-USA triangle. The United Nations Organisation’s positioning as the ‘centroid’ of the triangle to provide global stability got very limited success with diminishing return over last few decades. Now that the UNO fails more to balance between super powers’ ambition for domination in fast evolving complex world, utility of such an institution is increasingly questioned.
